International Sales Growth
Jim has set up and ran an export agribusiness sales team based out of UK.  In this he has set up distribution, managed distribution, grown sales and broadened the product base for many markets. He has also been involved in disengaging from non-profitable markets, and setting up contract and licensed manufacture agreements in Europe, North America and Asia. In this respect he has travelled and presented extensively throughout Europe, North America, Middle East and Asia over many years. It is using this experience that we help clients develop successful international sales growth strategies in order to future proof their businesses, and maximise their profits.

R&D Tax Credit Assessment
What most Irish and UK companies don’t know is that there are very generous tax credits available to companies engaged in R&D activities in many European countries. These tax credits can be worth 25% of all qualifying R&D revenue and capital costs, so they’re hugely valuable. Having worked in the R&D sphere for over 20 years, we are well versed in accessing and acquiring this tax credit on behalf of our clients in both the UK and Ireland.

Innovation and R&D Management
Primarily based in Research and Development, Riverwest has a wealth of clients directly involved in R&D activities. Through our work with Fusion and other grant programmes we help clients to maximise grant assistance for projects. Our R&D support ranges from policy development to product development and everything in between. Our role in your  R&D strategy can range from a minor supporting function to managing the entire project, we can fit in wherever you need us. We operate across the grant process from project specification to grant application drafting to claim draw-down.
